From AI ideas to measurable business outcomes

A practical framework for tying AI initiatives to business KPIs and choosing the right first use case.

Useful AI does not start with a question about the most capable model. It starts where a team is losing time, money, or opportunity. A first use case should be tied to a measure that every stakeholder agrees matters.

Map the actual workflow, establish a baseline, and name an owner. Then test within a scope small enough to learn quickly and meaningful enough to reveal business value. Once the evidence is clear, scale with intent.

That is how AI becomes an enduring organisational capability rather than a beautiful demo.
