Designing automation people actually trust
Good automation keeps people in control, makes decisions legible, and earns adoption—not merely speed.

Automation with real impact rarely begins by replacing people. It starts by removing repetitive work, reducing dropped handoffs, and giving teams more room for judgment.
Good design keeps a human review point where risk is high, provides enough context to understand a recommendation, and makes data ownership explicit.
When people experience technology as a way to do their best work, adoption becomes sustainable.
